Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes...
Greetings o' three readers of mine!
I know I have been really bad about posting lately, but I promise to make up for it soon. I am in the process of making changes (fun ones!) to this blog, and I am also creating another blog because as much as I LOVE food and wine, and talking about food and wine, and writing about food and wine, (although I don't feel like I have actually hit too much on wine writing in this blog, but that will change... but I digress) ... where was I? Oh yes. I have realized that while I am madly and passionately in love with food and wine, I have all kinds of things that I want to write about besides food and wine and feel this insane desire to publish it all on the web for anyone who wishes to see.
So, stay tuned, lots of fun things happening at Casa de la Rosa.

I hope that one day I too will feel as compelled as you are to create at least one blog! Until I do, I'm afraid all of my poor friends have to hear my thoughts on everything under the sun!
Whatever the changes are, may they all be good ones. Even I can drink to that!
